The eagerly awaited Limes Corner retail scheme starts to take shape as the steelwork goes up.  Six of the 8 units are pre-let and the developer is now launching the final 2 units – arguably the 'juiciest' shops in the scheme, or at least the most prominent.

Unit 4, the corner unit, is available at a rent of £24,000pax whereas its neighbour, unit 3, can be rented for £22,000pax.  The Ground floor areas are 674 sq.ft. and 710 sq.ft. respectively and there is room for a mezzanine if required. 

Contractors Davlyn Construction are on course to complete the development in early Spring, ready for tenants' fit-out.
