Dunstall Park is set to become another Ivygrove success story following a flurry of completed sales on the scheme's first phase. Phase 1 comprises a series of 9 industrial units that have all been sold, predominantly to owner occupiers but also to a very limited number of investor purchasers. The remaining units on site (Phase 2 and Phase 3) provide leasehold opportunities from 1,959sq.ft. all the way up to 31,366sq.ft.

Phase 2 is now nearing completion and comprises a block of eight 1,959sq.ft. units (Unit 23 through to Unit 30) together with two adjacent units (Unit 21 and Unit 22) which measure 3,122sq.ft. and 4,144sq.ft. respectively. All are now spoken for save for just one of the smaller units, which is currently available to lease but is unlikely to stick around for long due to strong levels of interest.

Interest in Unit 21 and Unit 22 is starting to heat up with a number of regional occupiers showing interest in the units. The majority of the smaller units have now been let to local businesses who are typically either industrial occupiers seeking 'start-up' units or retailers who no longer require a High Street presence due to a shift from in-person sales to online commerce.

This part of the development comprises six units, four of 5,705sq.ft. and two of 4,273sq.ft., which are each available on a leasehold basis and can be combined, if required, to provide up to 31,366sq.ft. if taken in combination.
