Infinity Park Derby

Derby's £200 million high-tech business park, which aims to create 8,000 jobs, is on its way.

Infinity Park Derby is being delivered by three joint developers – Cedar House Investments, Peveril Securities and Wilson Bowden, along with the city council, Rolls-Royce and the Harpur Crewe Estate.

Work on the first building to be constructed at the 100-acre Infinity Park Derby has officially started, and is due to be completed by October. Known as the Innovation Centre, it will be the beating heart of this ambitious £200 million commercial and technology park situated between the Rolls Royce Aerospace Campus at Sinfin and the A50 at Chellaston that will play a crucial role in Derby's economic future.

It looks to build upon the city's prowess for cutting-edge ideas, particularly within the aerospace, automotive and transport industries – adding further credence to Derby's claim as the UK's "capital for innovation".
