Salloway have sold on behalf of Howard Transport their former haulage yard at Clays Lane, Branston to Peveril Homes Ltd.

The site has capacity for in excess of 80 units and Peveril have now commenced demolition works.

Phil Randle, Partner at Salloway said, "It has been a long process in terms of obtaining planning permission and subsequently for Peveril to get detailed consent for their development.  I am pleased to see a redundant site being brought back to life and providing much needed private and affordable housing in the area".

James Smith, Director at Peveril Homes Ltd added, "We're pleased to have been granted planning permission and we're keen to start redeveloping this brownfield site. It's a great location in a residential area, so we're confident we can bring some added value to the Branston area with high quality, new housing.
