Top Nail, with its distinct Stars and Stripes fascia and bold red lettering, has taken over 160 Station Street in the town.
The property was formerly occupied by Enfin Hair, whose move next door made the premises available for the new business to move into.
The new nail salon, which offers pedicures and waxing as well as nail treatments, joins those already successfully established in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire over the last 12 years by Mr Tan Dao, who has now extended his investments by selecting Burton for his latest salon.
"These retail premises were immediately attractive to Mr Dao and his team," said Anwar Hussain, associate at Salloway in Burton, who let the property on a 15-year lease.
"There were several other potential properties available, but they just did not tick all the boxes. Top Nail has a strict, carefully defined policy, which assists them in the selection of suitable premises".
"160 Station Street perfectly fitted that brief, but it was important to show the leasors alternative properties for them to have a clear picture of the substantial benefits in terms of location and footfall on Station Street," he added.
The ground floor retail unit of some 850 sq ft provides Top Nail with a prime trading position across a double-frontage of almost 31 feet, facing onto a busy shopping street.
The location of the new beauty centre was critical to the commercial decision to establish in Burton.
Top Nail Salon is taking bookings for appointments for female and male clients on 01283 515 725 and is open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm.
