The only private GP practice in Burton has scooped its very first award. The Unicare Group,was handed the gong by WhatClinic.com, the leading online resource for patients looking to make active and individual decisions about where to get treated.
Unicare are located in premises of Branston Road, the deal for which was put together by Salloway Property Consultants in August 2015.
The award is based on feedback from patients and combines scores for excellent customer service and timely consumer feedback.
Customers rated clinics, like The Unicare Group, on how well the practice treated them, how quickly they were contacted and seen, and how happy they were with the treatment they received.
Unicare managing director Tim Briers said: "From the outset, our vision was to establish this practice and offer the highest level of customer service. We are making private healthcare and aesthetics available at affordable prices.
"This award recognises what we have already achieved in a short space of time and provides instant evidence of what we can deliver.

"To receive such positive feedback from our patients is great news and it supports 'All About 'U' – this practice's slogan." The Unicare Group, established in July last year, has brought a new range of medical and healthcare services to the town in a bid to offer greater choice to all its patients.
The group offers four streams of medical advice and health care – private GP appointments, medicals for HGV, PSV and taxi drivers, and aesthetics – anti wrinkle and dermal filler and lasers, weight loss, hair and tattoo removal.
The new practice is the brainchild of Dr Vamsee Bammidi, formerly a GP Partner at Stapenhill Medical Centre, and managing director Tim Briers, who brings a wealth of professional services expertise including 10-years in NHS practice to this new business.
