Leading local property agents, Salloway, have announced today that Anwar Hussain has been appointed an Associate in their expanding Burton office.
Anwar, pictured, joined the Horninglow Street agency in 2008 and has been responsible for valuation and property sales that have been featured in The Burton Mail.
After gaining an Upper Second in Urban Land Valuation at Sheffield Hallam University, he completed his professional qualifications in Derby.
Then, on gaining his full chartered membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, RICS, Anwar worked for King Sturge and GVA Grimley in Birmingham. Specialising in asset management, he was responsible for Brindleyplace in the Second City.
Born in Derby, Anwar, (35), is now playing a key role in developing the valuation and sales activities with developers, land and property owners in East Staffordshire for Salloway. In his leisure time, he is actively involved in working with global charities, particularly for orphans and young children; and is also a keen golfer and enjoys travelling.
"Anwar has made a significant contribution to the continued success and expansion of our business in Burton and across the local district", pointed out Phil Randle, Managing Partner at Salloways Burton, "where he has worked with passion and enthusiasm across a wide range of projects".
