Conder Developments have signalled their intentions by submitting a planning application for a new warehouse/industrial unit on Plot 4 – arguably the most prominent plot remaining on Dove Valley Park.
The proposed building will be 150,000 sq.ft. with future expansion potential of a further 40,000 sq.ft. However, potential occupiers will have the choice of taking the full 190,000 sq.ft. from day one or even using the expansion land for extended yard area or external storage.
The specification of the new building will include:
- 12m eaves height
- 55m yard
- 19 loading docks and 2 level access doors
- 2-storey offices
- Provision for hub office
Subject to planning permission being granted, occupation is available before the end of 2021.
Dove Valley Park is ideally located on the A50, M1-M6 link road close to Derby, Stoke on Trent, Burton upon Trent, Lichfield, Uttoxeter and Stafford. Current occupiers include JCB, Kuehne and Nagel, FI, Trauma, TopHat and Müller.
