Salloway has been instrumental in bringing a new branch of TaxAssist Accountants to Ashby de la Zouch.
Burton's leading property consultants Salloway has now completed the leasing of 2 Derby Road in Ashby de la Zouch to a new branch of TaxAssist Accountants which have set up in the Town.
The Derby Road offices are part of the largest network of accountants, who focus their accountancy skills specifically on small businesses and taxpayers. In total, the network supports 36,000 customers across the UK, from sole traders to limited companies.
The new offices on the ground floor of the premises has been opened by Nigel Starkey and joins the current 200 TaxAssist Accountants offices in the UK offering local accountancy services to small businesses.
"TaxAssist Accountants offer a number of bespoke solutions to assist the sole trader through our 'one-stop-shop' for accountancy services and tax advice", pointed out Nigel Starkey; who continued, "Whilst for Partnerships, in what can be a giant step for many businesses, this office can help the Directors make the most of their new venture and take the stress out of running their business".
With the letting process completed within a tight schedule, the new offices have been tastefully fitted-out for private consultations and provide a 'professional front window' that will attract customers to the walk-in services and tax advice. The location of the new offices was critical to the commercial decision to establish in Ashby.
"The A2 office/professional services planning permission granted on this property made it immediately attractive to Nigel and his team", added Anwar Hussain, Associate at Salloways in Burton.
"When I first showed the offices to Nigel, he was impressed by the potential that they offer for his new business, whose ethos is to provide 'value for money' expert knowledge".
"The added value component is essential to TaxAssist. In that context, our two businesses share the same ideals so that our team readily appreciated what he was looking for in his new offices and how we could best deliver that for him", continued Anwar.
The increasing level of business activity and retail growth in Ashby, despite the faltering recovery reported elsewhere, is making the town an attractive commercial and business centre for new start-ups and for relocations.
