Rhodes Wealth Management has moved to new offices on Pride Park as part of a period of expansion that will see further job creation and additional funds be placed under investment management.
As a Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management, Rhodes Wealth Management provides a wide range of wealth management services to both individuals and businesses in Derby. The company was first established in 2007 in Long Eaton by Adam Rhodes, but soon moved to serviced offices in the Derby Enterprise Centre. The new offices, comprising 1,000 square feet of office space, are located on New Park Place, in a very prominent position within one of Derby's most thriving business parks.
Having established a reputation for providing successful wealth management advice, Rhodes Wealth Management has grown steadily and now has millions of pounds under investment on behalf of clients. It now employs a team of three financial advisers and five experienced support staff who provide face to face wealth management advice to a large portfolio of high net worth individuals and corporate clients. Services offered include retirement planning, inheritance tax planning, corporate planning, corporate pensions and employee benefits consulting.
Commenting on the move, Adam Rhodes said, "We build long term partnerships with our clients and their beneficiaries so it is important that we grow and expand to meet their future needs. The new offices on Pride Park will help us to achieve our future business objectives and help raise our profile further in Derby."
The new offices were marketed by commercial agents, Salloway Property Consultants. Chris Taylor, Director led negotiations to secure a new lease with Rhodes Wealth Management. Commenting he added, "Pride Park continues to be the 'go to' location for businesses seeking to make an impact in Derby. Providing a wide range of quality office accommodation, Pride Park is continually maturing into a true extension to the city centre, with growing restaurant options making it an excellent location to do business."
