Unit 2 Nelsons Court, Pontefract Street has been snapped up by Subscan UDS, a national Utility, Drainage and Survey Company, who have leased the property as part of their regional expansion plans.
The letting follows a short but intense marketing campaign which generated a high volume of enquiries. Acknowledging the clear undersupply of good quality stock currently available within the market, the tenant wasted little time in agreeing terms.
